Information we collect
When you submit a form on our website (the Plan a Visit form or the Contact form), we collect the information you provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- City (if provided)
- Any text you write in the message field, including optional information about your family, accessibility needs, or questions
- Selection from optional dropdowns (when you're considering visiting, how you heard about us)

How we use information
Form submissions are read by [Customizer: name the staff who review submissions]. We use submitted information to reply to your inquiry, prepare for your visit, or answer the question you sent. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for automated profiling.

Cookies and analytics
We use a privacy-friendly analytics service to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. We do not run advertising or behavioral tracking on this site. Third-party services
Our website is hosted by a website hosting provider, which also processes form submissions. An email delivery service delivers your form submission to our staff. [Customizer: the master template ships a development stub for the form endpoint. Before launch, connect a real email delivery service and record its name in legal-plan.md.]

Children's privacy

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, contact us at hello@eightoaks.example and we will delete the information.
Photos and minors
[Master template includes this section because t03 organizations frequently photograph children.] We do not publish photos of minors on this website, in printed materials, or on social media without explicit written permission from a parent or guardian. Permission can be revoked at any time by emailing us at hello@eightoaks.example and we will remove the requested images promptly.
Your rights
To ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email hello@eightoaks.example with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Our church office handles these requests and will confirm when it is done. [TO CONFIRM: the inbox for privacy requests, the person who handles them, and that someone checks that inbox.]
